| Abstract: | In China there exist many natural monopoly trades, in which the reform project influences the degree of the materialization of the freedom value of the anti monopoly law. Based on the state of Chinese current natural monopoly trades, it points out that the scientific reform project in the trades is to introduce the competition mechanism and persist in the separation between the government and enterprises. |
