| 摘 要： | 新型工业化既批判继承了发达国家和中国传统工业化路径的经验,又是对国内外经验发展路径的全面创新。它的本质内容是工业化和信息化的互动与融合,根本特征是循环经济。它有着独特的微观运行机制。文章据此探讨了新型工业化的政策含义。

| Abstract: | New-type Industrialization is not only a critical inheritance to the experiences of traditional industrialization path of developed countries and China but also an entire innovation to the experiences of development path home and abroad. The content of its essence is the interaction and combination of industrialization and informationization. Its fundamental feature is revolving economy. It has a unique microcosmic operative system. Accordingly, this essay probes into the significance of the policy of new-type industrialization. |
