| 摘 要： | 在总结国内外投资环境评价方法的基础上，运用主成分分析法，可初步构建中国石油企业投资非洲的环境评价模型，对非洲的19个产油国进行环境评价。然后从中非关系角度入手，并参考国际石油公司在非洲的竞争情况，选取三个新的指标，以完善模型。模型结果显示：安哥拉、苏丹等国投资环境较好，贝宁、喀麦隆等国投资环境较差，从而为中国石油企业投资非洲提供参考。
