大学生"新失业群体"的风险分析及应对策略研究

大学生"新失业群体"具有高同质性,容易成为引发种种社会风险的高危人群。高等教育大众化下大学生新失业群体分为供需失衡型失业、知识结构型失业、期望选择型失业与社会歧视型失业四种,我国大学生"新失业群体"的社会风险表现为教育深化恶性循环,社会流动不畅与社会不公,应从政府、学校、社会和个人四个行为主体出发探求应对风险的策略。
