| 摘 要： | 融资租赁作为一种新型的金融工具 ,在短短几十年里获得了长足的进展 ,给中国租赁业的发展带来了蓬勃的生机 ,但是目前我国融资租赁业的发展仍然存在不少困难和问题。文章从研究融资租赁业的特点出发 ,分析了我国 2 0多年来融资租赁业发展的现状及存在的问题 ,引出对融资租赁未来发展的对策与趋势的分析。

| Abstract: | Leases through funds circulation is a new bank business which develops rapidly in past decades and brings about vitality to leasing business. However there are still some difficulties and problems in its development. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems in the development of business of leases through funds circulation, and proposes some measures for its future development. |
