| 摘 要： | 日本茶道走过了千百年的漫长历程，它伴随着日本的经济发展、社会进步和人文文化的发展而逐步完善，形成了一整套独具特色的茶道文化体系。日本茶道的形成和确立，在精神文化、礼仪文化、饮食文化、传统艺术及建筑和制造工艺等方面都对日本的传统文化产生了重要的影响。

| Abstract: | Japanese tea-ceremony has existed for thousands of years. With the development and gradual perfection of Japan＇s economy, society and humanistic culture, tea-ceremony has formed a complete set of characteristic tea cultural systems. The formation and establishment of this tea-ceremony has exerted great influence on Japan＇s traditional culture including its spirit, etiquette, diet, traditional art, architecture and manufacture techniques. |
