| 摘 要： | 管理作为生活的有序和规范,是人的生活的特质,也是人的生活展开的内在逻辑之必然。只有回归生活和生活世界,我们才能更好地透析管理的本质和特征,并以此发现、校准和克服原有管理理论与管理实践的“偏差”和“异化”,使管理合乎人性、合乎人的生活。这是管理哲学的历史使命,也是建构和凸显管理哲学独特学科价值的根本路径。
