合肥高新区人才环境评价与优化研究

摘    要:为提高人才集聚力,通过对合肥高新区企业实地调研走访及问卷调查,评价了合肥高新区的人才环境,指出了其在人才环境建设方面存在的问题,并提出在转变传统引才观念的同时,还应在人才政策、管理制度、服务水平、政策法规体系建设等方面不断完善;多层次多渠道地优化人才环境,提升环境吸引力。
