| 摘 要： | 以纺织业、食品制造业为例分析金融危机背景下行业资本结构变化情况,并对企业资本结构变化的原因进行了现实思考,提出了一些应对金融危机的建议,这对我国经济的调整和稳定发展,减少金融危机给我国企业带来的负面影响有着十分重要的意义.

| Abstract: | After analyzing the changing capital structure of textile industry and food manufacturing industry under the background of the financial crisis,this paper reflects on its reason and puts forward some suggestions to cope with financial crisis,which will be meaningful for economic adjustment and China’s stable development,and reduce the possible negative impact on our enterprises. |
