研究型教学模式在“集成电路设计”课程中的探讨与实践

摘    要:研究型教学注重发挥教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用,教师由知识的传授者转变为学习的指导者。文章分析了研究型教学模式的本质、特点,叙述了在集成电路设计课程中进行研究型教学模式的具体实施方法,经过问卷调查,结果表明,这些研究型教学方法能激发学生的学习兴趣,提高其在自学能力、写作能力、查阅文献能力、撰写论文等方面的水平。

Abstract:Research-oriented teaching model brings into play the teacher’s leading role and the student’s subjective role,in which the teacher turns to guider from initiator.In this paper,the essence and characteristic of research-oriented teaching model are analyzed.And the means of applying research-oriented teaching model in the course of IC Design are put forward.The questionnaire results show that,by using research-oriented teaching model in this course,a majority of students’ learning interest is inspired and their abilities of literature reading,paper writing,and self-study are improved.
