| 摘 要： | 人文素质大致可分为人文知识和人文精神,人文精神是其本质。医学的实质是对人的尊重关怀,对生命健康的珍爱。医学既是一门科学,需要科技进步,又是一门人学,需要人文滋润,求真、求善二者缺一不可。文章通过介绍国内医学院校人文素质教育研究现状,对医学院校学生人文素质教育做了界定,阐释了人文素质教育途径主要有更新教育理念、完善课程体系、丰富教学方法、加强医德教育、提高社会认知、注重环境育人。指出人文精神常常可以通过一定的人文知识来体现,但人文知识不等于就是人文精神。人文素质教育的目的是要求学生通过学习,树立和强化人文信念,涵养人文精神,多层次、全方位培养人文素质。
