形体课程“心理健康”教学模式构建与实践

摘    要:针对大学生心理健康状况,根据形体课程特点,从目标引导、课程内容整合、教学方法和手段的优化以及考核内容与方法的改革等四个方面,构建以心理调适和运动技能传授并重的"心理健康"教学模式。教学实践表明,该模式符合学生的需要和认知体系,能使学生形成客观自我评价,有助于促进他们的心理健康。

Abstract:In accordance with the status quo of mental health of college students,and based on the characteristics of body shaping course,this paper constructs an educational model for the mental health of college students,which emphasizes on the mental regulation and athletic technique teaching.The model focuses on four aspects,namely guiding target,integrating course content,optimizing teaching methods and reforming test content and methods.It is proved to be fitting with students’ need and cognition and helpful to cultivate their ability of objective appraisal and improve their mental health.
