| 摘 要： | 以＂翻译适应选择＂论为依据,通过对多所高校的英译名进行分析,认为高校校名翻译过程是对翻译生态环境的多维度适应和选择,从而指出高校校名英译应该最大程度地适应翻译生态环境,选择恰当的翻译策略,提高中国高校校名英译质量。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of "translation is as adaptation and selection",this paper holds that the process of translation is the multiple adaptation and selection in the eco-environment by analyzing the English names of several colleges and universities.It points out that the translator should adapt herself/himself to the translational eco-environment and choose appropriate translation strategies to enhance the quality of translated names. |
