跨国公司的海外拓展及并购在跨国公司在华发展中的作用

由于国际竞争环境的深刻变化,跨国公司子公司的角色正发生着根本性转变:海外子公司正由母公司战略的被动执行者转变为积极参与者,由母公司知识与技术的转移者转变为知识与能力的贡献者。在华的跨国公司子公司和跨国公司在其它东道国的子公司一样,已经成为跨国公司全球学习的触点。跨国公司为了更快地在我国取得成功,往往会依托我国国内企业的力量,随着我国政策的松动,我国一些有实力的企业会逐步成为跨国公司合作或者并购的目标。

The Role of Transnational Corporations in China

With the international heated competition, the subsidiaries of transnational corporations have made fundamental changes in their roles from a previously passive performer to the present active participant in implementing their commercial strategies, and from a transmitter of information and technology to a contributor of knowledge and competence. In some senses the subsidiary companies in China along with other subsidiary companies in some other countries have become the striking examples for the world to follow. In order to achieve immediate success, these subsidiaries in China often take advantage of the capacities of Chinese companies by either cooperating with or integrating some competent companies whenever the Chinese government policies are favorable to them.
