| Abstract: | The paper starts with a general introduction to public interest litigation system,including its concepts,characteristics,and significance.It then reviews the current situation of this system at home and abroad,analyses the necessity of,and obstacles to implementing this system in China.Lastly,it discusses the concrete plans of establishing this system,including perfecting the provisions about litigants,widening the jurisdiction over the cases,completing the verification burdens,constructing restrictive and insurance system. |
