论高校思想政治教育应注重人文关怀

高校思想政治理论课往往流于形式，学生学习积极性不高；就业压力逐年增大，使学生更加注重实用型的知识；多数教师不注重教学方法的创新；有的教辅人员忽略了对学生的言传身教。教师要转变工作态度，丰富自己的人文素养；高校要有意识地引导教师在开展思想政治教育工作时多开展有关人文关怀的教育；要引导学生关注现实社会；思想政治教育应将当前国家宏观经济运行情况和社会上一些热点的新闻事件结合起来讲授；用人文关怀引导学生完善人格；努力营造让每位学生都能发挥聪明才智的环境；把人文关怀融入到校因文化建设中；要利用网络的力量来开展思想政治教育工作。

On the Focus of the Ideological and Political Education in Higher Education on Humanistic Concern

Paying attention to the humanistic care and psychological counseling together with the correct approach to interpersonal relationships is the new requirements for the contemporary ideological and political education.With the development of the society,the ideological and political education will have a new content,and be faced with new challenges.As to how to do a good job in the ideological and political education,educators should take it seriously and exert their best efforts to solve the problem,paying attention to humanistic care in solving the numerous difficult problems in the current ideological and political education as a new entry point.
