| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the major legal issues on the operation and management of AMC (Assets Management Corporation).The paper posits that it is our goal to optimize the poor managed assets, to resolve financial crises, and to help the SOEs(State Owned Enterprises) get out of trouble, which have to be preceded by the establishment of the legal status of AMC and the standardization of corresponding laws, plus the change of mechanism and deepening of reforms. |
