| 摘 要： | 解放战争时期 ,晋冀鲁豫边区政府坚决贯彻《中国土地法大纲》 ,因地制宜 ,坚持一切从实际出发 ,制定了一系列土地改革的具体政策 ,使边区政府辖区内土改工作有章可循 ,有法可依。由于政策明确 ,办法具体 ,有力地推动和保证了土地改革运动的顺利进展 ,最终起到了动员群众、争取中国革命最后胜利之目的。

| Abstract: | During the Period of Liberation, Jin, Ji, Lu and Yu Border Area Governments carried out The Outline of the Chinese Land Law and drafted some concrete measures of land reform, making the land reform going smoothly according to law in the border areas. The land reform was going ahead smoothly because these measures were clear and concrete. In the end this Outline had the function of inspiring the broad masses and liberating China from its past. |
