论非公有制经济对宪政的价值

我国非公有制经济的宪法地位虽然有了极大的提高,但现实中的体现却不尽如人意。究其原因,是我们仅从社会经济地位来认识其宪法地位,而没有从宪政的高度来认识其价值。从英国宪政产生与发展的历史中获得启示:社会利益主体的多元化是近代宪法产生的基础性条件。我国非公有制经济宪法地位的提高,昭示着我国社会利益主体多元化的过程,其对宪政的价值是不可忽略的。正确认识和把握我国非公有制经济之于宪政的价值,是形成全社会自觉维护非公有制经济宪法地位及其利益所必需。
