| Abstract: | This paper discusses the definitions and functions of oral interpretation teaching,the connotation and characteristics of spoken language teaching and the factors influencing the oral fluency of the students.It argues that the training of college students' skills of independent communication in foreign languages is one of the important missions of interpreting and spoken language teaching in the new era. |
