对应届农科大学毕业生择业心态的跟踪研究

通过对应届农科大学毕业生择业心态的跟踪问卷调查,发现他们一直青睐于"城"而疏远于"乡","轻农厌农"情绪持久,选择国家机关和事业单位工作的职业倾向明显,表现出重实惠、重私利的价值取向,且价值取向由多元性代替单一性,他们虽有很强的择业动机,但成就动机的能力相对不足,这透视了农科大学毕业生的择业心理及其价值观念变化的轨迹,也为我们进一步做好毕业生的心理健康教育提供有效的帮助.

A Tracking Research or the Job-hunting Psyche of Agricultural Graduating College Students

Based on the tracking questionraine research on the job -bunting psycbe o f agricultural graduating college s tu-dents,we find that they always prefe r"city"to"country"and have the lasting psyche of"belittling and hating agricul-ture".They tend to choose state organs and institutions which greatly reflects their value orientation of valuing materi-al berefit and private interests .an d also their unity of value orientation has been replaced by the diversity.Although they have quite strong motives of job-hunting,they have no enough abilities to accomplish which reflects the track of changing of their job -hunting psy che and values and also offers us much help on further developmeat of the me n-tal health education of our graduate s.
