| Abstract: | this paper reflects on study of national policies in China in recent years based on the perspective of studies of law and policy and holds that the national policy of China （ legal system） should be taken as an entirety that is different and mutually supplemented from each part while being connected and organically consolidated for study. Improvement of the national policy （legal system） of China should be promoted through innovation study. |
