政府经济行为与经济增长

经济增长包括数量的增长和质量的增长。市场经济条件下 ,任何一个国家的政府都会采取一定的经济行为 ,扮演公益人角色、管制人角色、守夜人角色、调控人角色 ,促进本国的经济增长。政府的经济行为应该是有限的、公开的、服务性的。我国政府应该在规范市场经济秩序、促进可持续发展、提高公共投资效益等方面发挥作用 ,促进我国经济稳定增长

Government Economic Action and Economic Growth

Economic growth refers to the increase both in quality and quantity. Under the conditions of marketing economy, any national government will undertake an action, playing the roles of public benefactor, manager, adjustor or regulator. Governmental action should be open, limited and servable, giving full play to regulate economic order; promote sustainable development, increase public benefit and accelerate the stable economic growth in our country.
