摘    要:发达国家和地区优质学校发展的主流是学生和学校的可持续发展.优质学校的改革与发展在领导和管理、教师提高、学生发展、教与学、学校发展的外部支持、学校的内部发展机制建设等方面为我们提供了基本的借鉴,其重要启示是:学校要以学生为中心,要重视学校教师的发展,要重视以校为本,要重视学校发展的特色,也要重视学校发展的各种资源的优化组合.

Abstract:Famous school reform movements such as the efficiency, improvement and restructuring originated and converged some useful and valuable experiences for us since 1970. The main trend of developed countries and regions quality school movement is focused on the ever-lasting development of the students and the school. We can learn many from the following aspects through the process of school reform and development movements: the leadership and management, teacher's improvement, student's development, instructing and learning, external supporting and internal school developmental system etc. The great enlightenment of the school-improving movement for us are as follows: centering on students; focusing on the development of school staff; the reform of school-based; caring much more on special characteristics of school; emphasizing the integration of all the resources.
