| 摘 要： | “高等教育是产业,但又不能产业化”的提法存在着自身的理论矛盾。高等教育应该是一种特殊的产业,是公共产品,又是私人产品,需要个人投资,也需要政府大量投资;既要讲经济效益,也要注重社会效益,不能牺牲贫困家庭子女享受教育的平等权利;必须按产业运作的规律运行,但在某些方面又必须超脱于经济而不能为其左右。
