| 摘 要： | 技术风险是现代风险社会的主要风险之一。技术本身的不确定性和人们对技术价值评价的局限性是技术风险产生的根源。只有从人的生存和发展尺度对技术创新做出科学合理的价值评价并采取切实措施,才能减少或规避技术风险,促使技术创新可持续发展。
