| Abstract: | The paper tries to provide a deeper insight into the rearbitration system in the arbitration concerning foreigh affairs by discussing the following issues:the causes for rearbitration,the formation of the arbitration count,the range of its function, the possibilith of an applier's retraction of his application, the relation between the original arbitration and the rearbitration and the defects of the rearbitration system. |
