| 摘 要： | 公共饮食卫生管理是公共卫生管理的一个重要方面,反映了一个城市现代化的程度和水平。20世纪30年代中期以前,北平市公共饮食品管理比较混乱。1934年北平市卫生局正式成立,其着手实施的一系列改善公共饮食卫生的措施使北平市公共饮食卫生状况有了一定的好转。

| Abstract: | As an important part of public health administration,public dietetic management reflects the modernization of a city.Before the middle of 1930s,Peiping's public dietetic management was in a mess.But since the public health office was established officially in 1934,is started to take series of measure to improve the public dietetic management in Beiping,which made a certain progress in the dietetic situation. |
