| 摘 要： | 扶贫开发工作是当前民族工作的重要任务之一,也是一个需要加强专门研究的课题.边远民族地区的扶贫开发工作,应合理地借鉴发展经济学的"新发展观",即密切结合贫困民众的现实需要,充分开发人力资源,发挥民众的主体性、参与性与积极性.
