| 摘 要： | 从湖北省水禽养殖、产业深加工技术、行业龙头企业发展等3个方面考察了湖北省水禽业发展现状,认为湖北省水禽产业发展的主要问题包括：水禽良种繁育体系不完善;饲养方式粗放落后;水禽深加工业相对零散滞后;防疫难度大、水质堪忧;产业体系建设中基础性数据缺乏。提出了相应的对策建议：实行产业化经营,推进水禽养殖方式转变;建立和完善水禽良种繁育体系,解决水禽种苗问题;强化肉蛋产品深加工,挖掘新的经济增长点;加强养殖环境保护,综合防治疫病,确保食品安全。
