| 摘 要： | 当前高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻，大力开发公益性岗位将进一步促进高校毕业生的就业。针对湖北省高校毕业生公益性岗位开发计划的基本情况和实际运行效果，提出了社区、重大科研项目单位、重大工程项目、政府投资项目等高校毕业生公益性岗位开发的新渠道。

| Abstract: | With increasingly stern situation of developing public welfare post is a new measures college graduates employment situation, vigorously to promote the employment of college graduates. Strengthen the development of public welfare post including communities,major scientific research projects items, major engineering, and government investment projects are new channels to accelerate the employments of college graduates. |
