| 摘 要： | 随着新民主主义革命在全国的胜利,中国共产党成为执政党,在担负起领导国家走向繁荣富强的任务的同时,也面临着严峻的考验和挑战。周恩来在执政党建设方面给予了更多的关注和探索,形成独具特色的执政党建设的思想。对于今天加强党的执政能力建设具有重要的启迪。

| Abstract: | With the new democratism revolution victory in whole country,the Chinese Communist Party became the ruling party,at the same time carrying and raising the leadership national prosper rich and strong of mission,and facing the rigorous test and challenge.Zhou Enlai focused on the ruling party,and formed the thought of the ruling party construction with special features.It is important for strengthening the ruling ability construction of the party for today. |
