| 摘 要： | 《我有一个梦想》是一篇举世闻名的演说。隐喻的运用是其成功的重要要素之一。作为一种语篇策略，隐喻在语篇建构中发挥着积极的作用。通过类比转移机制，始源域和目标域间的互动使隐喻在语篇层面延伸。本文旨在从语篇功能角度入手探讨隐喻对这篇演讲的语篇发展所起到的作用。分析发现，隐喻延伸在语篇中形成了系统的词汇衔接网络，既增强了语篇的连贯性，又丰富了语言表达，从而使演讲语言华丽优美，具有很强的可读性。
