| 摘 要： | 腐败问题是一个世界性的难题,由来已久,对于这一主题,过去的文学作品有涉及,但作为一种文学现象、文学流派被广大人民群众空前关注是最近几年的事情。因此探寻这种文学现象,研究反腐小说及其成因和发展动向,应该是一件利国的事情,因为老百姓关注的事情无小事。同时,本文对正确区分纪实文学和虚构小说提出划分原则,对依法维护当事人和作者各自的权利谈了一些看法。
