| Abstract: | The moral construction of window career is a systematic engineering. We should, with serving the people heart and soul being the foundamental principle, emphasize four stages of theoretical direction, behavorial advocacy, consensus guidance and cultural motivation, strengthen the professional morality of window career overall and thus influence and push the moral construction in other fields of profession. |
