| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展与个性化需求不断的增加,电子商务的发展日新月异。本文从其发展历史、概念、商务模式等方面回顾了电子商务的演变,展望了电子商务的“电子”(架构技术)、“商务”(商务模式)的发展动态及其总体发展趋势,提出了电子商务成功模式的理论框架,以便理性化、全面的认识电子商务,为我国企业发展电子商务提供一些参考,为迎接21世纪电子商务更大浪潮的到来做好准备。
