| 摘 要： | 北京农业在贡献着巨大的生态环境服务价值的同时,农民直接获得的却只是不到6%的农业经济价值和经济服务价值。理论与实践都期待着北京农业生态补偿机制的建立与实施。几年来,北京市山区生态林补偿机制实施效果显著,为在北京全面推行农业生态补偿机制进行了十分必要的探索。尽管如此,"生态补偿机制"还有待于进一步完善,国内外正在探索的碳交易制度将为完善北京农业生态补偿机制提供新的视角和思路。
