Reflections on Orientation for Running Private Schools in the New Situation

With the promulgation and implementation of the Law for Promoting Non-governmental Education, non-governmental higher education is faced with an unprecedented opportunity for development as well as a series of challenges. At this critical moment, the orientation for running schools is bound to become a problem of first consideration for the school-runners. This paper attempts to make a rational trial exploration into the orientation for running private schools, which will be of some reference to the school-runners and administrators.
