摘    要:激励是运用科学手段或方法激发人的动机的心理过程,如何有效地调动员工的积极性和创造性是企业兴衰成败的关键因素。目前,企业激励机制多以物质激励为主,但随着改革开放的深化,单一的物质激励已经显现出弊端,非物质激励作为物质激励的必要补充越来越显现出其重要作用,二者结合将使企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
