| Abstract: | As a new industry, real estate develops very quickly. But at th e same time, there are many problems that need to be solved. According to the real situation of our real estate industry,this paper puts forward the five strengths of real estate industry with respect to the following aspects:real estate enterprises,government,suppliers of real estate,consumers of real estate and potential invader of real estate. To each factor,the paper analyzes its current situation,opportunities,threats and the countermeasure. Also,the paper analyzes the relative importance of each factor. |
