This paper first analyzes the current state and problems of Chinese economic structure such as "non-economical enterprises scale and nonspecialized manufacture" and etc., then expounds the basic reasons of forming unreasonable economic structure,and finally proposes four proposes four policy thinking of adjusting economic structure.
