| 摘 要： | 通过系统分析高新技术产业投资环境的特点,阐述了影响高新技术产业发展的各种要素,将众多要素归纳为6个主要指标,并运用层次分析法建立了高新技术产业投资环境的评价体系。同时选取我国五个代表城市对提出的评价体系进行了实证研究,研究结果表明文中提出的评价体系能够较好地反映我国高新技术产业发展的现状,对改善高新技术产业投资环境、加快高新技术产业发展步伐具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The paper,by systematically analyzing the features of the High-Tech industry investment environment,deals with factors affecting the development of the High-Tech industry,which can be mainly generalized by 6 criteria.Then an evaluation system of the High-Tech industry investment environment is built using Analytic Hierarch Process and testified by a research on 5 cities in China.The findings prove that the evaluation system is consistent with the actual condition and has great significance in improving the High-Tech industry investment environment and accelerating the development of the High-Tech industry. |
