| 摘 要： | 2004年以来,中国开始参与解决发生在苏丹的达尔富尔问题,主要途径包括三类:多边外交、双边协调努力和驻苏企业发挥作用。三种途径的相互关系是:借助联合国等多边场合参与解决问题的进程,有意识地与其他区域性组织配合引导议题发展方向。与此同时,加强与美国在关键问题上的协调合作,借助中国—苏丹政府的双边接触、中国驻苏企业的积极影响,促进苏丹政府政策调整。在此基础上,再在联合国框架内确定政治解决的具体方法和"路线图"。
