| 摘 要： | 新疆占我国国土面积的1/6,是国家生态安全的重点地区,加强生态建设和环境保护,正确处理好开发与保护的关系,推进产业结构变迁与生态环境协调发展,对实现新疆经济可持续发展具有重要的战略意义。该文通过对新疆产业结构变迁与生态环境系统协调性实证研究,发现新疆产业结构变迁与生态环境系统的不协调性问题日趋严重,认为新疆在产业结构变迁过程中应该转变经济发展方式,优化产业结构,实现产业结构变迁与生态环境系统的协调发展。

| Abstract: | Xinjiang accounts for 1/6 of our country area and is a key area for national ecological security.Strengthening ecological construction and environmental protection,correctly handling the relationship between development and protection,pushing forward the change of industrial structure and coordinated development of ecological environment are of strategic importance for the realization of Xinjiang’s sustainable economic development.By empirical study of the change of industrial structure and coordination of ecological environmental system,the paper finds that the inconsistency between the change of industrial structure and ecological environmental system.So the author thinks that in the change of industrial structure the economic devepmental mode should be adjusted to optimize industrial structure and realize the goal of the change of industrial structure and coordinated development of ecological environment. |
