| 摘 要： | 本地化是承接产业转移成功的根本。新疆承接棉纺产业转移是区域经济结构升级和全国产业布局调整的需要,加强本地化是其内在要求。该文从经济地理、产业集群、产业组织理论出发,认为新疆应通过落实棉纺产业布局规划,促进产业集聚;做好产业定位,发挥竞争优势;加强政策引导,培育中间组织等措施,增强棉纺产业本地化。

| Abstract: | Localization is fundamental to the success of undertaking industrial transfer.Undertaking cotton textile industry shift is needed for restructuring Xinjiang’s economy and adjusting national industrial distribution,and focus on localization is the inherent requirement.Based on the theory of economic geography,industrial clusters and industrial organization,specific suggestions are proposed of Xinjiang cotton textile industry,including implementing industrial distribution,promoting industrial agglomeration,clarifying industrial orientation,bringing competitive advantage into play,strengthening the policy guide,cultivating medium organization and enhancing industrial localization. |
