| 摘 要： | 1975年7月,内蒙古生产建设兵团被撤消。从其建立到撤消,内蒙古生产建设兵团仅存在了七年时间,其撤消的原因既有组织管理方面的问题,也有经济和社会原因,主要有四个方面:兵团建设方向和职能角色的定位问题;管理体制不顺;经济建设亏损严重;社会政治环境的变化。

| Abstract: | In July,1975,the Inner Mongolia Production and Construction Corps was disincorporated.From its establishment to being disincorporated,the Inner Mongolia Production and Construction Corps only existed for seven years.There are organizational,economic and social reasons accounting for it.To be specific,the reasons fall into 4 categories: the direction of development and orientation of its functional role;the unsmooth management system;severe deficit of economic construction;the change of social and political environment. |
