新疆矿产资源优势及其战略地位研究

矿产资源是国民经济和社会发展的重要物质基础。随着工业化、城镇化大规模快速推进,我国矿产资源供需矛盾日益突出,确立安全持续的资源战略及供给体系,成为中国经济保持平稳快速增长的必然要求。用资源经济学理论和地缘政治眼光审视新疆矿产资源优势,新疆不但矿产资源富集、矿产品种多样、地域分布广泛,而且资源存量丰富、后备潜力巨大,特别是具有开展国际资源合作,建成国际能源通道,拓展矿产利用空间的地缘优势。该文认为新疆应加快国际化矿产资源基地和现代资源产业集群的建设布局,以提升新型工业化和现代城镇化的质量内涵。

Advantages of Mineral Resources and Its Strategic Position in Xinjiang

Mineral is an important material basis for national economic and social development.With the large-scale advance of the industrialization and urbanization,conflicts between mineral resources supply and demand is increasingly obvious in China.Establishing the safety and sustainable resources strategy and supply system is the inevitable demand for the steady and rapid growth of China’s economy.In the perspective of theory of resource economics and geopolitics,Xinjiang not only boasts abundant mineral resources,mineral variety and wide geographical distribution,but also has rich stock of resources and a huge reserve potential.Besides,there is geographical advantage for Xinjiang to conduct international resources cooperation,build international energy channels and expand the geographic advantage of the mineral use.The paper concludes that more efforts should be made to accelerate the construction of international base for mineral resources and speed up the layout of modern industrial cluster for resources in order to upgrade the quality content of industrialization and urbanization in Xinjiang.
