复杂环境中的企业成长与动态规模选择研究

复杂环境中企业的成长过程具有一定的随机性和波动性，存在着自身不断调整和完善的自适应现象。而一般性的企业成长阶段划分理论，并未能就这一现象深入探讨，从而可能造成管理方法上的僵化。为了进一步强化企业的自适应性，本文从能力论和交易费用论出发，提出了“动态规模”思想，认为企业应当根据自身的核心能力特点，通过内、外部交易费用比较，确定企业的有效边界，从而动态化选择适宜的企业规模，达到兼具稳健性和灵活性之目的。本文以企业的技术合作方式选择为例，进行了实证研究。

On Enterprise Development and Dynamic Scale Selection in Complex Environment

The enterprise development process in complex environment has certain feature of random- ness, volatility, continuous self--adjustment and self-optimization. But the common enterprise devel- opment phase classification theory havs not profoundly discussed this phenomenon and might lead to the inflexible management of enterprises. In order to strengthen the self adaptability of enterprises, the article starts the discussion from the theory of capacity and transaction cost, proposes the ＂Dy- namic Scale＂ viewpoint, believing that enterprises should define the valid frontier of enterprises, dy- namically select the compatible enterprise scale, achieving the objective of stability and flexibility of enterprises through comparison of internal and external transaction costs according to the self core ca- pacity. The article attempts to do some empirical study with the example of enterprise technological cooperation.
