| 摘 要： | 台湾问题是美国霸权与中国和平崛起之间结构性矛盾的焦点。台湾问题演绎着中美战略博弈。中美战略实力对比与中美各自与台湾关系是制约台湾问题未来演变的两个战略关键,其中争取战略实力对比优势则是中美战略博弈的焦点。两岸关系"不统不独"状况只是阶段性平衡,它酝酿着中美战略博弈高潮。

| Abstract: | Taiwan problem is the focusof thestructural contradiction between American hegemony and Chinese peaceful rise.The strategic game is developing between China and America.The ratio of strategic capability between China and America and the relations between Taiwan and the two sides are two strategic keys that de-termine the development of Taiwan problem.In the two keys,to struggle for the superiority of strategic ca-pability ratio is the focus of the strategic game between China and America.The state of no unity and no inde-pendence is just a phase balance,which is developing the high tide of the strategic game between China and America. |
