| 摘 要： | 卢梭是一个颇受争议的人物,学者对他的评价褒贬不一,有人认为他是激进的民主主义者,也有人指责他是极权主义的先驱。根据卢梭代表作《社会契约论》的观点,他希望人民能够民主、自由和平等,而这并非极权主义学说的主张,可是他的学说却遭遇了极权主义的尴尬。当然,卢梭的政治哲学确实包含一些容易让人产生误解的因素,包括公意的概念、主权的至高无上以及由投票引发的问题的等,本文旨在这些方面进行一一澄清,还原卢梭自由主义的真面目。
